What is a consistent AI character?
A consistent AI character is a designed persona whose defining visual features remain recognizable across a series of images and videos. Its identity can continue across outfits, camera angles, scenes and formats, while the creative direction changes around it.
Why consistency is difficult
Generative tools can reinterpret facial features, proportions, styling and fine details between outputs. Changes in lighting, pose or motion can introduce further visual drift. A useful single image does not automatically become a coherent campaign.
PRIMARY CONTINUITY CASE · NIA
One Identity. A Controlled Production Chain.
Follow Nia from the identity reference through a new pose, outfit and environment. The same identity is shown through a new pose, outfit and environment, followed by the supplied motion result.

From the Exact Image to Motion
Nia’s exact P4 lobby image is paired with the supplied V1 motion result. Play the clip to review the character’s continuity through motion.

NIA_sample.mp4 is a separate presenter example. It is not the motion continuation of this P4 image.
Still Recognizably the Same Person
The genuine final frame below was extracted from V1 at 5.00 seconds. Compare P1 with this actual video frame to review recognizable identity across the production chain.

A production system, not a one-prompt trick
Wusul treats character consistency as a production system, not a one-prompt trick. Controlled workflows reduce visual drift, with human review throughout production. The goal is recognizable identity and campaign-level continuity; perfect consistency or guaranteed identity is not promised.
1. Identity definition
Define the character’s recognizable features, styling, personality and brand role. Agree reference images and creative boundaries before expanding the campaign.
2. Controlled image production
Develop and review images against the agreed identity across poses, outfits, angles and environments. Refine outputs that drift away from the reference direction.
3. Image-to-video continuity
Use reviewed images to guide video production. Assess motion, expression, framing and transitions for identity drift, then select and refine usable takes.
4. Campaign-level review
Review the complete set together for recognizable identity, visual coherence and brand fit, rather than judging each asset in isolation.
Built Across Different Identities
Character continuity is not useful if it only works for one carefully selected face. Wusul develops recurring identities across different appearances, ages, markets and content formats.
Selected character cases demonstrate continuity across different appearances and content formats.

Can the same character appear in images and video?
That is the production goal. Reviewed image references guide video creation, with human review of recognizable features and motion throughout the workflow.
Can outfits, scenes and camera angles change?
Yes, these variations can form part of the brief. More demanding changes require additional production and review to reduce visual drift.
Do you guarantee perfect consistency?
No. Generative production has limitations. Our controlled workflows are designed to maintain recognizable identity and campaign-level continuity, with human review and refinement.
Can a character become a recurring presenter?
Yes. A recurring persona can support virtual presenter and multilingual talking content, with its visual identity and communication role defined at the start.
What should a project brief include?
Share the character’s role, audience, intended formats, scenes, languages, visual references and deliverables. We use these to define a realistic production scope.
